Nanciann Gatta
Class of 1990
Dr. Nanciann Gatta graduated from Wheeling High School in 1990. While
a student at Wheeling High School, she was a dedicated member of the
Fine Arts department, acting in every musical and performing in New
Dawns, the school's show choir. In addition, Dr. Gatta served her school in
the student council and as Senior Class President. She was also a member
of the gymnastics team and cheerleading squad for four years. She earned
her bachelors, masters and doctorate degrees from Loyola University of
Chicago.
Dr. Gatta began working as an English teacher at Niles West High School
in 1995. She became Director of English and Fine Arts at Niles North High
School in 2000 and oversaw both departments until 2004, when she was
appointed Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. She also served
two years as Executive Vice President of Niles Township Federation of
Teachers Union, Local 1274.
Dr. Gatta was recently appointed Superintendent of Niles Township
District 219 High Schools. District 219 serves the communities of Skokie,
Morton Grove, Niles and Lincolnwood on three campuses, Niles North,
Niles West and Niles Central. |

Dean A. Manus, M.D.
Class of 1979
Dr. Dean Manus graduated from Wheeling High School in 1979. Dr.
Manus completed his four-year Bachelor of Science degree at the
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, graduating Cum Laude in 1983. He
then attended Rush Medical College in Chicago where he received the
Herrick National Research Fellowship in 1984, earning his M.D. degree in
1987. Following his internship in 1988, Dr. manus went on to complete a
five-year general surgery residency at the University of California, San
Francisco. Dr. manus then returned to Michigan where he completed a
two-year residency in plastic and reconstreuctive surgery at the
Craniofacial Institute. He became Double Board Certified by both the
American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He
also went on the become a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Manus practiced in Chicago for nearly a decade where he specialized in
aesthetic surgery prior ro his recruitment to Beverly Hills in 2004. He was
voted by his peers as one of "Chicago's Top Doctors". He has subsequently
been listed as one of "America's Top Surgeons" and "America's Top
Physicians" numerous times. He is now regularly featured on numerous
television programs and networks.
Dr. Manus was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame in 1994 as an
internationally competitive gymnast. He holds numerous honors and
distinctions, and was ranked #1 in the world on parallel bars. He also holds
single and multiengine instrument ratings as a private pilot. |

Thomas Roszak
Class of 1984
Mr. Thomas Roszak graduated from Wheeling High School in 1984. He
received his 5-year accredited bachelor degree in Architecture from the
Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He is a licensed architect in
Illinois and Arizona and has over 19 years of experience in Architecture,
Development, and Construction. Mr. Roszak founded Roszak/ADC in 1996
to design, build and develop real estate creating value for communities,
homeowners, and investors concentrating on urban-infill sites in the
Chicago and Phoenix metro areas. Roszak/ADC has grown from building
6-flats in Old -Town in Chicago to now constructing major high-rise
developments, making them a leader in the industry in terms of design,
innovation and quality. Architectural Digest named Mr. Thomas Roszak
among the World's Top Architects in May 2005. Mr. Roszak won the
American Institute of Architects 2008 National Award for Interior
Architecture for his own residence. He has published "glasshouse:
a family home", with Edizioni Press in 2007.
Mr. Roszak is married to Justyna and has three children, Calvin, Ettiene,
and Simon. |
