treks covering Sports Careers; the ever popular trek to the Lake County
Jail & Coroner's office; Forensics with the Illinois State Police Crime Lab
and for you fashion devas - Nordstrom at Woodfield Mall. Seats are limited and
going fast. Visit the Career Information Center for permission forms. Remember,
Career Treks are COOOL, AND... they
are FREE!"
Join in this year's Can food Drive! Bring your food donations to your 3rd period class. If you do not have a 3rd period class,
please bring your donations to the school store during all lunch periods. The last day to donate is Friday
November 13th. Make a difference
in fighting hunger this season!
Today is your last day to submit community can-food drive team
forms. Please pick one up in room
245 or the school store. We will
go out tomorrow, Saturday November 7th to drop-off flyers. All teams signed-up
to distribute flyers for the canned-food drive need to meet in the cafeteria
tomorrow at 9 AM sharp. Wear
comfortable, warm clothing, and bring gloves and hats! Thank you for being involved!
Hey Wildcats we finally have the name for the latest addition to the
cafeteria! Many great suggestions
were submitted, and the winner is Cassi Rothbart's "Quick-Claw." Cassi is the winner of a free-lunch and a cookie from the cafeteria and free T-shirt
from the School Store. Cassi

delicious snacks!
Attention Student Council members! We will meet on Wednesday Nov. 11th at noon in front of the
Student Council office to make our Winter Sport banners. We will also meet Thursday, Nov. 12th
for our after-school meeting in room 245.

Then come to the training room on Monday....The Winter Student Athletic Trainers Season starts
November 9th. Come by the training room to sign up.

There will be a district field trip on Friday, November 20th to the
University of Wisconsin-Madison. Well qualified students should see Dr. Watson in student
services if you are interested in attending.

notify your counselor whenever you receive admission to a college. We will be posting this information on

GSA will be meeting on Monday November 9th in room
128 from 3 o'clock to 4 o'clock.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
We will be creating posters, so remember to bring markers or colored

Attention all SHADES club members there is an
IMPORTANT meeting on Monday Nov. 9th. Promotional materials are in for Variety
Show and it is Mandatory that everyone be at the
meeting. We will meet in room 246
promptly at 2:50.
Do you have an overdue library book, magazine, DVD, or flash
drive? From now until the end of
the Canned Food Drive, Nov. 13, during the Canned Food Drive, you will get your
fine forgiven if you bring a can of food with you when you return the overdue item. The can of food should be taken to the
library counter with the overdue book, magazine, DVD, or flash drive -- one can
per item returned. The offer
doesn't work for fines on items already returned or on items returned in the
book return bins.
