What to do:

  Search again, but this time use an additional word or words to limit the search.

  Search results:  1 - 10 of about 32,000,000 for discrimination (way too many hits)          

  Search results:   1 -10 of about 6,570,000 for gender discrimination                      
                                   (cut by close to 80%)

Concern

Unfortunately, you still don’t know if you’re seeing the best sites, because even this number is huge. 

Many search engines list first those who pay for it. 

Also, they take into account the sites visited most often, which is usually those listed first, which gets back to those who paid for it.

  What you can do:                                       

Look at the first few page of results, and then do a new search using slightly different words.  That way you’ll see a different set of results.
